My name is Ulisses Araujo I was born in 1960 in the city of Três Rios - Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
I'm an illustrator and cartoonist and I started drawing very early in school like all my friends, but most of them didn't continue.
I wanted to be a dentist but fate wanted me to continue on the path of graphic arts and I don't regret dedicating myself to this fascinating world.
I started working with illustrations for books and magazines in the 80s and I never stopped because I can support myself with dignity until today, even though it is a very difficult profession in Brazil.
At this moment I enter the fascinating world of NFTs and find time to do some work believing that this will be a powerful way of the arts market in the future.
I have published in several magazines and participated in several exhibitions in Brazil and around the world.
I won some awards in the area of personal caricature.
